As the economic development agency of the Le Havre region, Le Havre Développement carries out market research, advises and supports companies – VSEs, SMEs/SMIs and groups, other than the retail trade – in their projects for setup, investment and development in Le Havre and its region (intermunicipal districts of Le Havre and Fécamp).
Formed in 1996 on the initiative of local institutional and economic stakeholders, Le Havre Développement, a non-profit organisation, works with its partners to implement the economic development strategy of the area.
