 Le Havre and the River Seine, a privileged axis of development of Greater Paris: it is the ambitious project named “Seine Métropole” conceived by Antoine Grumbach, one of the award-winning architects of the national consultation launched in 2009 by the French President of Republic on the topic of the “Greater Paris” of tomorrow. Its vision: to turn Paris into a new international maritime capital, by positioning the Seine as the main axis of its development, in the direction of Le Havre, opening onto the rest of the world.
