Roll-on/roll-off services
Project:

1st phase: development of the roll-on/roll-off terminal with the realization of a 380-meter quay extension (investment: € 17 M)

2nd phase: achievement of an additional 10 hectares of platforms, development of a single entry and installation of a control system to meet the ISPS standards, realization of a second railway program

Objective: To face the strong increase in new vehicle traffic (about 500,000 units/year) by developing the capacity to welcome and handle the ultra-modern roll-on/roll-off ships (6,000 vehicles)

River terminal
Project: Construction of a river terminal directly connected to Port 2000
Objective: To face the increase in river traffic between Le Havre and Paris. To ensure a quick connection with goods handled via Port 2000.

Prologis
Project: Construction of 126,000 m² of warehouses for rental within the Hode Logistics Park.
Objective: To develop the supply of logistics warehouses for rental to face the strong demand of logistics specialists from the perspective of Port 2000 commissioning.
Commissioning: 2002-2005 (last phase of 30,000 m² in progress)

Katoen-Natie
Project: Construction of 18,000 m² of warehouses at Radicatel
Objective: To ensure logistical services on behalf of a new customer.

Project: Construction of 135,000 m² of warehouses for rental over 30 ha within the Normandy Bridge Logistics Park (PLPN).
